We know, we know... kinda old school :) We try to really take our time to fully answer questions for each family. In getting to know you and your child's needs, we are better able to assist you in finding the right program and instructor.
Because of that, you may often find our phones busy and receive the voicemail. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to leave a message rather than continue to call back. We check messages multiple times a day and will call you back no later than the next business day (but usually it's not long after you call).
We will start kids as young as 6 months old and we even teach adults.
Our pool is heated to warm 88-90 degrees, and we have umbrellas that cover a good portion of the swimming area.
Makeup policy varies by program.
- Parent & Tot Water Discovery: NO make-up classes
- Toddler Water Confidence: 1 make-up per 2-week session
- Swim Flex Plan: 1 make-up per 2-week session
- Momentum Builder: 1 make-up per 2-week session
- Sure Swimmer Success Path: 3 make-ups per 16 lesson package
-Splash Squad (Pre-swim team): NO make-up classes
To be eligible for a makeup lesson in programs where make-ups are permitted, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any missed class.
Make-up lessons must be scheduled by the family directly through our website and are subject to availability. Please note that make-up lessons are not guaranteed if classes are fully booked.
All make-up lessons must be scheduled and completed by the end of the current season (dates subject to change). Unused make-up lessons do not carry over to future seasons or the following year.

*Please note we will no longer accept a phone call as a way to report an absence. We need something in writing using one of the methods above.
We require a minimum of two (2) weeks' notice prior to the start of a session or program to be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made with less than two weeks' notice are not eligible for a refund; however, a credit will be issued and kept on file for up to one (1) year from the session or program start date.
All approved refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount regardless of when notice is provided.

We believe consistent, private instruction builds real water confidence. If after your first 8 private lessons your child isn't noticeably more comfortable and confident in the water, we'll include one additional lesson at no cost.
Yes. In fact, we REQUIRE that a parent or guardian stay on campus with the student. We provide lots of shaded seating areas and water. It's a comfortable place to watch your student swim.
No. For 18 years now, we have seen huge student success with private, 1:1 swim classes.
No. Our pool is open for swim classes only.
