We know, we know... kinda old school :)  We try to really take our time to fully answer questions for each family.  In getting to know you and your child's needs, we are better able to pair them with the instructor who will fit their needs best.

Because of that, you may often find our phones busy and receive the voicemail.  We appreciate your patience and encourage you to leave a message rather than continue to call back.  We check messages multiple times a day and will call you back no later than the next business day (but usually it's not long after you call).

We will start kids as young as 6 months old and we even teach adults.  

Our pool is heated to warm 88 degrees, and we have shade sails that cover the good majority of the swimming area.

Yes.  To be eligible for a make-up, we require minimum of 24-hour notice if your student is going to miss a class.  You will be able to schedule a make-up lesson directly on our website.  However, please note that make-ups are NOT guaranteed if we are fully booked.  You have until the end of our current season (date subject to change) to try to get that scheduled.  Make-ups will not carry over to the following year.

Acceptable methods to notify us of an absence:

-fill out the "report an absence" form on our website

*Please note: we will no longer accept a phone call as a way to report an absence.  We need something in writing in one of the methods above.

Yes.  In fact, we REQUIRE that a parent or guardian stay on campus with the student.  We provide lots of shaded seating areas and water.  It's a comfortable place to watch your student swim :)

Sadly, due to being short staffed the past couple years, we are not currently offering that program.  

No.  For 17 years now, we have seen huge student success with private, 1:1 swim classes.  

Occasionally, students (typically siblings) will participate in our "2-student class".  That simply means that each student will receive a 15-minute, 1:1 class. The 2 students will split the 30-minute class but are still one-on-one with the teacher.  

Sadly, due to low staff the past couple years, we no longer offer lifeguarding services.
